Peer Support Specialist & Social Resilience Advocate

Tiana specializes in navigating the complexities of neurodivergent experiences, emotional health, & the adverse impact of bigotry, religious "church hurt," and societal conditioning. Her journey of self-discovery and resilience spans over two decades, during which she has gained skills in emotion regulation, executive functioning, and sustaining healthy relationships.

As a Queer Black woman living with BPD and ADHD, Tiana persists in navigating a world that continues to marginalize her existence. Grounded in decolonization and self-compassion, Tiana’s collaborative approach supports clients on their journey of healing from the harmful impacts of systemic oppression, both societal and internalized bigotry, and religious indoctrination. She teams up with clients to discover, explore, and implement systems and tools for thriving in a long, fulfilling, and sustainable life.

There is no such thing as "special needs"; there are only human needs. Whether it’s task initiation, productivity, a stronger sense of autonomy, time management, emotion regulation, more community immersion, or any other human need you may have, it is valid; you are valid. Tiana collaborates with clients to identify their unique needs, and find systems and tools to sustainably accommodate them. Disabled, Queer, BIPOC, neurodivergent people deserve to more than just survive here; they have the right to thrive. Tiana invites anyone seeking support to reach out and dare to have the audacity to thrive
