A collaborative partnership of support to enhance your well-being, mindfulness exercises for present-moment awareness, exploration of current self-care practices, and the identification and challenge of negative self-talk. We build self-compassion skills, encouraging you to treat yourself with kindness. Together, we set achievable goals & establish accountability measures. The session concludes by empowering individuals to take an active role in their self-care journey, fostering resilience and celebrating progress
